The key metroblog for New Orleans has been Metroblogging New Orleans.
I used to read it for Mardi Gras news and other bright glimpses of the Big Easy. Now it's one of the solumn gathering places for refugees who have managed to get far enough away from real life to be able to make it back to cyberspace.

mb_neworleans. And Metblogs has given its metroblogs each a wiki, although the NOLA Metroblog Wiki seems to not yet have caught on about how that might empower the communal Internet response.
